1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These terms of use and privacy (the Terms) for the website www.imusau.lt (the Site) set out the conditions and rules for using the Site and the main principles for collecting, processing and storing personal data.
1.2. The Site is operated by MB „Dzūkų Girios“, company code 305170301, registered address Tujų g. 14, Spartų km., Šlavantų sen., Lazdijų district, Lithuania (the Company), which processes the personal data of visitors and registered users (Users).
1.3. Everyone who visits or uses the Site confirms that they have read the Terms and agree that providing information (including personal data) and its processing on the Site shall be treated as consent for the Company to process such information as necessary to run the Site.
1.4. These Terms apply to every visitor and user of the Site, whether registered or using the Site as a guest.
1.5. Anyone wishing to register as a User must read these Terms and the privacy policy and other information provided on the Site.

2. REGISTRATION AND USER RIGHTS

2.1. Imu Sau allows Users to use the Site to buy, sell, swap, give away, send messages, communicate, etc.
2.2. Users may upload photos to the relevant category, swap, buy, give away items, browse listings, exchange private messages and tips only as registered Users.
2.3. Registration: by submitting the registration form and required data and agreeing to the terms and privacy policy you become a registered User.
2.4. Transactions are carried out independently between parties. The Site does not act as intermediary; Users are responsible for their transactions and any related obligations.
2.5. Only registered Users may enter into transactions.
2.6. Users may message other users, leave reviews and comments.
2.7. Activity prohibited by the law of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union is strictly prohibited on the Site.
2.8. By registering, the User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. To register, the User must provide username, email and password (with confirmation).
2.9. To log in, the User enters the email and password provided on registration.
2.10. All registered visitors using the Site confirm that they have read the Terms and agree to the processing of their information as set out above.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

3.1. The User agrees to:
3.1.1. provide accurate information in the profile section (name, surname, date of birth, description);
3.1.2. register only once and use only one account;
3.1.3. not use the Site for purposes that violate applicable law, public morals or the rights of others, including: not offering items whose sale is illegal or contrary to good morals; not using the Site for illegal acts or fraud; providing accurate, non-misleading information about items offered for sale, gift or swap, including condition, quality, characteristics, manufacturer and price in the state language; keeping login and password confidential; ensuring photos are clear and informative without misleading elements; not using photos of other persons without their consent; not offering items that infringe intellectual property rights; not making claims against the Site owner regarding transactions between users; sending only appropriate messages that do not violate the rights of others; changing the password if it becomes known to third parties; informing the Imu Sau team promptly of any clear violations.

4. SITE OWNER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1. Imu Sau may monitor and restrict User actions if they breach these terms or the law.
4.2. Imu Sau may restrict a User’s access if they have provided false or misleading information.
4.3. The Site may cease operation after notifying Users and visitors.
4.4. Imu Sau is not liable for the quality of items or for any direct or indirect loss arising from transactions between parties.
4.5. Imu Sau is not liable for disruptions to the Site’s operation.
4.6. Imu Sau may offer paid services in the future.

5. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

5.1. The Site is continually improved; Imu Sau may change these Terms and the privacy policy and will inform users on the Site of updates.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these Terms.
6.2. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; if the parties cannot agree, disputes are resolved in accordance with the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.3. The Terms take effect from the date of publication on the Site.
